We can accommodate up to 35 participants.
We offer an array of packages according to your needs, such as meals included, only breakfast included, etc. Since its inception, Casa Violeta has been home to many yoga retreats with teachers and practitioners from all over the world. This extensive experience helps us accommodate a variety of styles and needs.

CACAO CEREMONY
A cacao ceremony is an opportunity to connect to yourself and open your heart. Because of cacao’s ability to increase your connection to your inner self and your heart chakra, it aids in any transformational shift you are working towards, whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of who you are, release old patterns and traumas, or move into a more self-confident space. Whatever your path, the intention is yours to set, and the cacao allows you to the insight and awareness to move towards that goal.

TEMAZCAL
TEMAZCAL HELPS MAINTAIN AND RESTORE HEALTH AND HARMONY ON A PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL LEVEL, PURIFYING THE SKIN AND INCREASING VITALITY.
Temazcal, a Mayan word meaning “medicinal house,” is a powerful healing ritual that has been used by the Mexican Aztecs, Mayans and Native Americans for centuries. In the temazcal, we use hot volcanic rocks infused with healing waters to create a steam bath/sweat lodge atmosphere. This ancient process calls in the power of the four elements and uses sacred sounds in the traditional ceremony. Temazcal cleanses the body, mind and spirit.
On an emotional level, the temazcal can unveil traumas, fears and emotional stresses that are lodged within. Once they are released, you have an opportunity to raise your own energetic vibration, creating a sense of true peace and balance both within yourself and the universe.
At Casa Violeta, we feel strongly about honoring time-tested traditions of temazcal and maintaining its authenticity and integrity. It is our privilege to offer such a sacred ritual.
